I have a vegetable broth question for all creative chefs out there. I made a batch of vegetable broth last night and threw in beet tops. Now, I have a beautiful light red broth that tastes fine. What are some of your recipe ideas for incorporating this color broth into a soup, stew or sauce? Thanks. Beth L.
