Bone Health Menu and Research

Attached is a copy of a Bone Health menu and research that I shared with Barbara Howard, a free lance health journalist and colleague. It emphasizes the need to be mindful of choosing 2-3 servings of fresh seasonal vegetables with each serving of a quality, hormone free protein source. Suggestions for the range of supplemental nutrients are provided. Best to work with a nutrition professional from Bauman College to help you determine which of these nutrients would be most needed to protect and restore your bone density and resilience.
