The final cooking demonstration of the season at the Berkeley Farmersí Market was our biggest ever! The Ecology Center brought in a wonderful mobile demo kitchen so we could put on a real show. Chef Trudy Schafer and a backstage team of Bauman College Natural Chef graduates delighted the audience with three savory dishes: "Grilled Corn and Avocado Salsa," "Shaved Fennel, Apple and Pomegranate Salad," and "Wilted Cabbage with Crispy Shiitake Mushrooms."
