Try your luck this year in the Bon Appetit Recipe Contest and have a chance to win a Sub-Zero Wine Storage Unit.  Your recipe will also be published in Bon Appetit magazine and on bonappetit.com.

Contest runs 9/1/06-12/31/06

Last year Bauman College Natural Chef Instructor Catherine McConkie won a refrigerator by participating in a similar contest through Epicurius.com!  Her Bouillabaisse Salad proved to be a winner.   :)
