A cleansing, fresh juice full of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients.
Yield: 12 servings
10 large apples
1 bunch kale
4 stalks celery
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
1 lemon, sliced thinly for garnish
1. Process all apples, kale, and celery through a juicer, alternating between them. Stir in lemon juice and zest.
2. Dilute 25% with water. Serve in glasses with lemon slice.
