If you’re going to be watching a scary Halloween movie later, you’ve got to have popcorn, right?!
Here’s a healthy alternative to that theater-style buttered popcorn:
Superfood Popcorn
Serves 4 – 6

Ingredients
3⁄4 cup organic popcorn kernels
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dulse flakes
2 tsp curry powder
sea salt to taste
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
- Place the popcorn kernels in an air popper and pop according to manufacturer’s directions. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the nutritional yeast, Parmesan cheese, dulse, curry powder, and sea salt until evenly combined.
- Lightly coat the popcorn with olive oil, then toss with the spice mixture until evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
