These kale chips make for a wonderfully sweet and spicy snack, and they are a great healthful alternative to the unhealthy potato chip.

Ingredients:
2 large bunches of curly kale, stems and inner ribs removed
2 small limes, juiced
4 Tbs +1 tsp olive oil
4 1/2 Tbs almond butter
2 Tbs maple syrup or honey
1/2 t0 1 tsp red chile flakes
1 tsp sea salt
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Destem kale and cut into large pieces and place in a large bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the kale. Use your hands to gently massage the mixture into the kale, making sure each leaf is coated.
4. Distribute the kale in one layer on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes until crisp, flipping the kale leaves twice during cooking. Let cool before serving.
